There is a $20 security deposit payable on check and refundable on check out for your key, linen and cutlery/crockery.
All rooms are air-conditioned. Linen is provided, however you will need your own towel and blanket if the weather requires it. You can exchange your linen weekly for cleaning. Your room is cleaned weekly. Kitchen, dining and bathroom areas are cleaned daily.
Rent is to be paid in advance each week. Itemised tax invoices can be issued at your request. We run a tab system allowing you to bill up sundry items eg drinks, snacks, cigarettes etc to your room so that you can pay everything conveniently at one time.
All rooms have access to shared bathrooms. Some rooms have their own sink and mirror.
