Ayr is approximately one hour south of Townsville - you can fly in to Townsville, for cheap flight bookings try webjet travel bookings. You can also get here by bus - Greyhound or Premier Coaches or by train. We are only 60 metres from the bus stop! Ayr is about 10 minutes from the beach and Yongala Dive, which goes to the Yongala wreck site, one of the top wreck dive sites in the world! We can make your dive bookings from Reception and Yongala Dive will pick you up direct from the Delta! The Delta Backpackers right in the middle of the main street of Ayr - Queen Street. We are in the city centre and only 60 meters from the bus stop. From the bus stop, looking at the street, we are to your left - look for the big white sign! Room Rates at the Delta: We have a room rate of $19.00 a night or $119.00 a
week (= $17.00 per night) for all rooms (3, 6, 8, 10 or 12 bed dorms are available).
There is also a $10 per person refundable security deposit for your key
